Living :  Very comfortable. Excellent walls for art.  I didn't measure, but I'd say the ceilings are almost 10 feet tall. 

Bedroom:  Queen-sized beds will be happy here.  May be a bit tight with a king (welcome to Manhattan).  VERY QUIET

Prospective tenants will have a hard time finding a better location in Manhattan.
